Cricket iPhone 5 on Verizon?

Saw that Cricket will have the iPhone 5 on sale starting the 28th. If their pricing structure stays the same, ($499 for the 4S), I could save $150 on the off-contract phone from Verizon.

Question is, do they lock their phones to the Cricket Network? I want to use it on Verizon until my contract is up at least. Apologies if this has already been discussed.
